This card is so feminine! The color combination is from the SCS 141 using SU Pretty in Pink, White, and Wild Wasabi. At first it threw me back, I just have trouble using Wild Wasabi and I am not sure why. This image is from the Rejoice set by Flourishes,llc. All the images in the set ar Oh, So Pretty as well…..in Flourishes’ style of creating timeless images for today’s papercrafter.
The base of this card is Wild Wasabi layered with pretty in Pink. I used my Cuttlebug folders for the back-ground. The image is lightly colored in using colored markers and a blender pen. For glitz and bling I added Star Dust Stickles to glisten the leaves and pretty pink rhinestone on the corners. Of course a feminine card needs a pretty ribbon and what could be prettier that this scalloped edge one?
Oh, I know to whom I am going to send this card, she will surely love such a pretty take on Christmas.
